Bill Skeen has managed the development of more than 3,000 units of affordable housing in major and secondary Texas markets over the span of 30 years. As senior vice president of Franklin Federal Bancorp, he was responsible for the disposition of more than $1.2 billion in real estate assets. He has structured a number of unique public/private partnerships that successfully leveraged local, state and federal resources for affordable housing. He graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and was awarded the distinguished alumni award in 2001.
