Tekoa Housing Advisors was hired by a nursing home facility in West Virginia to develop a comprehensive independent assessment of its assets and make recommendations on seeking governmental funding sources to improve services and cash flow. The final report included evaluations of assets, building conditions, project amenities and market demand for elderly units, as well as recommendations on potential public financing sources.
