Rebecca Peterson comes to Tekoa with both public and private sector
experience in affordable housing. For 10 years she was on staff at the
Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs were she was involved
with programs such as the First Time Homebuyer Program, Underwriting and
Nonprofit Capacity Building. This extensive knowledge of both state and
federal housing programs has allowed her to make important contributions
for private sector developers involved in affordable housing. At Tekoa
Partners, Ltd. her responsibilities include oversight of all office
operations and assisting principals with tasks related to her experience
with state and federal housing programs.
Rebecca's training includes multiple finance, appraisal and real estate
courses.
