Bill Lee has managed the planning, design and construction of more than 7,000 housing units, including 3,000 units of affordable housing. Lee's experience includes developing communities in the United States, the Caribbean and Europe. He has helped structure,
finance and implement a variety of affordable housing projects, including homeownership, rental, rehabilitation and community redevelopment. Lee graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from
Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Bill Lee's variety of experience and comprehensive knowledge of the housing industry provide a rare advantage for Tekoa Partners' clients.
