This 160-unit family community was fully leased in record time. The first affordable townhome community in Laredo, Clark's Crossing was designed to meet the burgeoning need for housing for working families. The project includes an on-site day-care center and a computer center with after-school activities for children. Clark's Crossing was a joint venture with the nonprofit subsidiary of the Laredo Housing Authority. Tekoa drew on the nonprofit's extensive knowledge of the local market and its critical housing needs. Together, a community was created that meets the needs of Laredo's working families and provides an array of social services to help them become more self-sufficient.
