Concord Hills, Laredo's first planned affordable housing subdivision, is a unique community rich in amenities usually found in more expensive housing, such as a furnished community center and a park with picnic areas. When complete, Concord Hills will have more than 600 homes of varied sizes and styles. Residents of Concord Hills will be able to control their neighborhood through community-wide covenants and a homeowners' association.
