Tekoa Partners teamed with a nonprofit affiliate of SafePlace (Austin's award-winning sexual assault and domestic violence shelter) to design, finance and develop Grove Place Apartments. Using Low Income Housing Tax Credit and State of Texas Housing Trust Fund resources, the team has created a community that offers high-quality, affordable apartments for working families with a wide range of incomes.
